In a mixing bowl add suji,curd,oil,salt,chilly,ginger,garlic paste,and 1/4 cup water and rest it for 15 min.
Now add another1/4 cup water and eno,mix well and pore the batter in greasing dish and sprinkle the masala of red chilly powder,black salt,garam masala,cumin seeds and steam for 15 min.
In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil,add mustard,asafetida,cumin,sesmee seeds and pore it on dholka, now cut it and serve with ketchup and Spicy green chutney.
