Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups suji


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp eno


  • 1 tbsp chill,ginger,garlic paste


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 tsp for tadka :oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard


  • 1/4 tsp cumin


  • 1/4 tsp sessme seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafetida


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add suji,curd,oil,salt,chilly,ginger,garlic paste,and 1/4 cup water and rest it for 15 min.
  • Now add another1/4 cup water and eno,mix well and pore the batter in greasing dish and sprinkle the masala of red chilly powder,black salt,garam masala,cumin seeds and steam for 15 min.
  • In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil,add mustard,asafetida,cumin,sesmee seeds and pore it on dholka, now cut it and serve with ketchup and Spicy green chutney.
